I would particularly like to highlight the work of the FCO Liaison Officer and Interpreter, Ms Rosemary Luz. Ms Luz showed her high level of professionalism and technical excellence throughout the different instances of my visit. At the same time I valued her diligence and tact, which surely contributed to its success.
